Marsh is the third Australian in as many days to be heading home early from the competition, following younger brother Mitchell (side) and captain Steve Smith (wrist).
A total of 20 matches will be played in the United Arab Emirates from April 16 to 30 at three venues -- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai.
